Two arrested in Nagpur for interstate two-wheeler theft racket

Nagpur: Crime Branch Unit Five has busted an interstate bike theft gang, arresting two accused from Madhya Pradesh. Six stolen two-wheelers and goods worth Rs 3 lakh have been recovered from the accused.
The case is linked to the Jaripatka police station area in Nagpur. On the night of May 14, a Suzuki Access was stolen from outside the Reliance Jio Mart on CMPDI Road. A complaint was registered in this case at Jaripatka police station.
In a parallel investigation, Crime Branch Unit Five, acting on a tip-off, arrested Dhananjay Jagne and Rakesh Chaudhary from the Kurai area of Seoni district in Madhya Pradesh. Both are residents of Kurai in Seoni. They had stolen two-wheelers from the Jaripatka area and from the Seoni police station area in Madhya Pradesh. Their associate, Prajeet, is absconding.
