Truck driver slaps toll plaza worker hanging from moving vehicle in viral video

A video showing a truck driver repeatedly slapping a toll employee who clung to his moving truck has gone viral, drawing mixed reactions online.

A video from a toll plaza is circulating widely on social media. It shows an argument between a truck driver and a toll employee that quickly turns into a physical fight. Many viewers were stunned and are raising questions about the incident.

According to the information available, the toll employee was trying to issue a fake challan to the truck driver. In the video, the employee is first seen asking the driver for toll. The driver realises the employee is demanding money in the name of a fake challan, so he does not stop and drives straight ahead.

The employee then runs after the truck. He does not appear willing to let it go without being paid. First he calls out to the driver to stop. When the truck does not halt, he hangs from the window of the moving vehicle and demands the challan money from the driver.

At this point the driver loses his temper. From inside the moving vehicle, he repeatedly slaps the employee, hitting him with all his strength. Viewers were left shaken by the sight. The incident is now trending widely online.

The video was shared on X by an account named @RockstarAmit. Amit Singh, who runs the account, captioned it "Aura of the Truck Driver" and then "Aur lelo Unauthorised Toll". He also wrote that a suspected fake toll collector tried to extract money from truck drivers but was taught a severe lesson. The video has received more than 700,000 views.

Users have commented extensively on the video. One user wrote that the driver did the right thing, and that anyone who attempts fraud without doing honest work should expect this. Another user said the driver is recording the video while driving, is overreacting even before the beating, and that it looks scripted.

Another user wrote that truck drivers already face so many fake toll points and checkpoints that this was bound to happen sooner or later. According to the user, the man in the yellow vest thought he had found an easy target, but chose the wrong truck to test his theory.
