Ajay Devgn's much-awaited film 'Drishyam 3' is releasing in cinemas today, October 2. There is considerable buzz around it. The suspense in 'Drishyam' and 'Drishyam 2' kept audiences hooked, and everyone is now waiting to see what turn the third part takes.
Before the release, trade analyst Taran Adarsh watched 'Drishyam 3' and shared his opinion. He gave the film 4.5 stars and said it is better than both earlier parts.
Adarsh praised 'Drishyam: The Conclusion' on social media. According to him, the film lives up to audience expectations. He wrote, "Drishyam: The Conclusion is superb. The film lives up to the high expectations of the audience. Without doubt, it is the best film of the 'Drishyam' franchise, and for that reason it will be counted among the best films of 2026."
He also called the story and the performances effective. He said Ajay Devgn has once again played Vijay Salgaonkar with great power. The clash between Ajay Devgn and Jaideep Ahlawat, in particular, is bound to hold the audience's attention.
The film is directed by Abhishek Pathak. Adarsh praised his direction and writing in particular. His reaction was, "Abhishek Pathak has once again proved why he is one of the best storytellers of today. He has understood the pulse of this franchise well and moves the story forward without repeating old formulas."
Adarsh described direction and writing as the film's two strong pillars. He said the clash between Ajay Devgn and Jaideep Ahlawat is the biggest attraction of the first half.
He also praised the courtroom scenes. He said Prakash Raj's first scene with Ajay Devgn and his family is especially effective. Since the climax matters greatly in the 'Drishyam' franchise, he gave his view on that too.
He wrote, "Now to the most important part, the climax. Does it live up to expectations? Is the ending believable? Does it satisfy you? Yes, absolutely... The climax is powerful, gripping and completely satisfying."
Among the cast, Adarsh praised the performances of Ajay Devgn, Jaideep Ahlawat and Tabu. The scene between Ajay Devgn and Jaideep Ahlawat before the interval is powerful. Ahlawat's entry is effective and his restrained acting is one of the film's highlights. Tabu has effectively portrayed a range of emotions, including anger, grief, revenge and determination.
According to Adarsh, Prakash Raj's presence lends weight to the story. Shriya Saran is in tremendous form, while Rajat Kapoor has brought dignity and truth to his role. He also praised Kamlesh Sawant's acting. Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav are fine in their respective roles, he said.
