Tata offers discounts up to Rs 1.20 lakh on Nexon, Curvv, Altroz in September
Tata Motors has rolled out cash, exchange, scrappage and loyalty discounts of up to Rs 1.20 lakh on select models through September
There is good news for those planning to buy a new car this festive season. Tata Motors has announced discounts of up to Rs 1.20 lakh on several of its popular models in September 2026.
The biggest benefit is being offered on the company's new Curvv model. Customers can also make good savings on the Nexon, Altroz, Sierra, Harrier and Safari. However, there is currently no official offer on the Punch and the new Tiago facelift.
The discounts are split into four categories: cash discount, exchange bonus, scrappage incentive and loyalty benefit. The savings a customer gets depend on the model and variant chosen.
The Curvv offers the biggest savings. It comes with a cash discount of Rs 30,000, a loyalty discount of Rs 50,000 and an exchange benefit of up to Rs 40,000. Combined, these three offers add up to a total benefit of up to Rs 1.20 lakh. A separate scrappage bonus of Rs 45,000 is also available.
The petrol version of the Nexon, the country's best-selling model, gets a straight cash discount of Rs 55,000, while the CNG variant gets a cash discount of Rs 35,000. Customers can also choose between an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 or a scrappage benefit of Rs 20,000.
The Altroz CNG variant gets a cash discount of up to Rs 35,000, while the petrol variant gets a cash discount of up to Rs 15,000. Customers can also opt for an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 or a scrappage bonus of Rs 20,000.
Both the Harrier and Safari premium SUVs get a cash discount of Rs 10,000, along with an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000 or a scrappage benefit of Rs 35,000. Combining the cash and scrappage offers takes the total discount on both models to up to Rs 45,000.
Both the ICE and EV versions of the Sierra get a scrappage discount of Rs 30,000, with the ICE version also getting an additional loyalty discount. The older Tiago gets a cash discount of up to Rs 20,000 along with an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 or a scrappage benefit of Rs 15,000. Except for the XE variant, the Tigor sedan gets a cash discount of Rs 15,000 along with an exchange bonus of Rs 10,000 or a scrappage benefit of Rs 15,000.
All these offers can vary depending on the variant, city and the customer's eligibility. Buyers are advised to check with their nearest authorised Tata dealership for exact details before booking a car.
