Stock market set for flat start as Gift Nifty slips; experts name shares to buy

Gift Nifty is likely to trade slightly lower on Tuesday, September 29, and the Indian stock market is therefore expected to open flat. Investors need to remain cautious today.

Investors in the Indian stock market may focus on several shares in today's trade. These include IRFC, Tata Group stocks, Ola Electric Mobility, Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, ITC, NCC, Zydus Lifesciences and JSW Energy. Power Mech Projects, Vikram Solar, Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases, Power Finance Corporation, Indian Railway Finance Corporation and HEC Infra Projects may also remain on investors' radar.

Some experts have given their recommendations on which shares to buy. Vaishali Parekh, Vice President of technical research at Prabhudas Lilladher, has suggested three shares for today's trade: Apollo Micro Systems, Netweb Technologies India and Blue Dart Express.

Sumeet Bagadia, Executive Director at Choice Broking, has recommended five stocks for investors trading in the Indian market: KPI Green Energy, CRISIL, Vedant Fashions, Prudent Corporate Advisory Services and Go Digit General Insurance.

Chandan Taparia, head of derivatives and technicals in the wealth management division at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited, has suggested two stocks. He has recommended buying futures of Laurus Labs and Indus Towers.
