South Indian Bank invites applications for Junior Officer posts, last date October 27

South Indian Bank has invited online applications from eligible Indian citizens to fill vacancies for the post of 'Junior Officer (Operations)'. The application process has begun, and the last date to apply is October 27, 2026. Those interested should apply without delay.

The vacancies are open to candidates in Maharashtra as well, with posts available in Aurangabad, Nagpur, Pune, Thane and Mumbai suburban. However, only candidates residing in the concerned state or Union Territory can apply. Preference will be given to those with a good command of the local language.

An eligible applicant must have been born on or after 01.10.1998, making the maximum age 28 years. SC/ST candidates get a relaxation of 5 years in age.

On education, candidates must have passed a degree in any discipline with at least 50 per cent marks. They must also have at least two years of work experience in banks or NBFCs.

Selected candidates will receive a total annual CTC of about Rs 5.14 lakh. In addition, the bank will provide group personal accident insurance cover of up to Rs 40 lakh at its own cost, as well as a health insurance policy of Rs 5,25,000.

The appointment will initially be on a three-year contract. The contract can be extended based on performance appraisal and at the bank's discretion.
