Shrimp and chilli exporter Green Asia Impex IPO opens September 24
The Andhra Pradesh agri-processing firm's Rs 60.10 crore SME IPO runs September 24-28 with a price band of Rs 85-90 a share
Green Asia Impex Limited, an agri-processing and export company from Andhra Pradesh, is launching its initial public offering. The IPO opens for subscription on Thursday, September 24, 2026, and closes on September 28, 2026. It will list on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange.
The total issue size is Rs 60.10 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 53.10 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 7.00 crore. The price band has been set at Rs 85 to Rs 90 per equity share. The lot size is 1,600 shares, meaning investors must apply for a minimum of 2 lots, or 3,200 shares.
Up to 30 percent of the offer has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers. Non-institutional investors and retail investors have each been allotted a minimum of 35 percent.
The company will use the IPO proceeds to set up a new seafood processing facility, including new machinery, plant and equipment. The remaining funds will go towards general corporate purposes. Indorient Financial Services Limited is the book running lead manager for the IPO, while Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar.
Founded in 2014, Green Asia Impex Limited is based in Andhra Pradesh and is a leading processor and exporter of shrimp and dry red chillies. The company's shrimp processing plant is located in Tadepalligudem, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, with a block frozen capacity of 7,200 MTPA and an individual quick freezer capacity of 3,600 MTPA.
Its shrimp range includes Vannamei, Black Tiger and freshwater varieties, while its chilli range includes well-known varieties such as Teja, Byadgi and Guntur Sannam dried chillies. The company exports to seven countries, including China, the United States, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the UK and Kuwait.
In FY26, the company posted strong performance, with total revenue of Rs 383.80 crore, of which Rs 337 crore came from the shrimp business and Rs 38 crore from the dry chilli business. EBITDA stood at Rs 25.23 crore, and net profit was Rs 15.61 crore.
Managing Director Pasupuleti Venkata Rama Rao said the company's journey, which began with dry chilli exports, has now grown into an integrated agri-processing business. He said shrimp has become the main growth engine of the business, while the dry chilli business provides diversification. He added that the IPO would help the company expand its processing capacity and strengthen its position in the global and domestic markets.

She said Green Asia Impex is performing well in both segments and has a strong procurement network and quality control system. She added that the new plan to expand processing capacity would prove highly beneficial for the company's future growth.
