The state's schools have received an important directive. The online sanchmanyata (enrolment recognition renewal) for the year 2026-27 will be recorded on September 30, 2026, and will be based on Aadhaar-validated student numbers. Schools must complete the accurate entry of student information well in time for this. The instruction was issued by Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Director Dr. Mahesh Palkar.

While entering student information for the enrolment renewal, details such as division aid, medium, stream, inactive division and PEN number must be entirely accurate. If any information is incorrect or incomplete, the school's enrolment renewal will not be generated at all. In other words, simply filling the form is not enough; every detail must be correct. There is also a possibility that if information for only some students turns out to be correct, the enrolment renewal may be generated counting only those students, meaning the remaining children would not be included at all.

The enrolment renewal for schools of all types of management in the state is planned to be issued in the first week of October 2026. Schools have therefore been instructed to ensure, before September 30, that student information, enrolment numbers and all other details are correct. Schools have also been asked to complete the process of transferring student information at the school level on October 1.

No extension will be given for this work. If the enrolment renewal is not generated due to delay, responsibility will be fixed at the relevant level. Departmental deputy directors of education, education officers (secondary) and education inspectors have been informed in this regard. Block education officers, cluster heads and headmasters have also been directed to issue instructions immediately, so that the information reaches every school in time and no gap is left anywhere.
