JioHome Diwali offer: 5 months free on a 10-month recharge, claimed by missed call

Jio has announced a Diwali offer for its JioHome customers. The announcement came on Vasubaras, the first day of Diwali, and the company shared the details from its X account.

Under the offer, a customer who recharges for 10 months gets 5 months of service free. Customers pay for 10 months and get internet for 15 months.

The offer is not applied automatically. Customers must claim it themselves, with no form to fill and no shop to visit.

To claim it, customers must give a missed call to 8219582195 from the registered number, the one on which JioHome is running. Jio will then send a message to that number explaining the next step. Once that short process is completed, the 5 free months begin.

Jio says the offer has been brought in so that customers get good entertainment during the festive season without spending much more.

For those who do not want to take a large 10-month recharge, Jio has another offer: a customer who takes a 2-month plan gets 1 month free. The plan offers a speed of 100 Mbps and costs Rs 2,122. To take this plan, customers must go to Jio's website or app and click the "Claim now" button.

For households that use the internet every day, the 10-month offer saves the cost of 5 months. Those thinking of taking a new connection during Diwali may find this a good time.

Customers should check before giving the missed call that their number is linked to JioHome. A missed call from any other number will not get the offer.
