To help maintain contact in case of network issues, the phone has a feature called "UltraLink Free Call". It also supports Type-C OTG connectivity and has a built-in infrared remote sensor, which can be used to control compatible home electronic devices from the phone.
According to Arijeet Talapatra, CEO of itel India - Transsion Holdings, the A300C was designed so that customers do not have to compromise on performance while choosing an affordable phone. The company said the emphasis on a large battery and durability was made keeping in mind everyday needs such as work, study, entertainment and staying connected.
