The last of the three One-day Internationals between India and the West Indies will be played on October 3 at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium in New Chandigarh. India have won the first two matches and lead the series 2-0.

India will now look to win the third match as well and sweep the series, while the West Indies will try to save face by winning the last game. Both teams are expected to take the field intending to play good cricket.

The question now is what the weather will be like. Neither of the two matches played so far was interrupted. According to AccuWeather's forecast for October 3, New Chandigarh will reach a daytime temperature of 36 degrees Celsius and a night-time temperature of 22 degrees Celsius. The chance of rain is low.

Wind speed will be 9 km/h during the day and 15 km/h at night. The weather will be pleasant, with sunshine through the day, so the chance of rain disrupting the match is slim.

The third match will begin at 2 pm Indian time. It will be streamed live on the JioHotstar app and website, and broadcast live on the Star Sports Network on television. The match can also be watched free on DD Sports. Star Sports will offer commentary in several languages.

In the second match, India's openers batted brilliantly. Rohit Sharma scored a century, while Shubman Gill hit a double century. In the first match, Virat Kohli had also scored a fine century. India's top-order batters are in tremendous form in this series. India have won both matches by big margins while chasing. The team now has its eyes on the third and final ODI.

India's probable playing XI is: Shubman Gill (captain), Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ruturaj Gaikwad, KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Siraj, Akib Nabi and Gurnoor Brar.
