Gold, silver prices fluctuate today: rates in Mumbai, Delhi and other cities

Gold and silver prices saw fresh movement in the bullion market today, September 22. The national rate for 24-carat gold was recorded at Rs 1,54,570 per 10 grams. Prices varied by city, with Mumbai, Nashik, Surat, Bengaluru, Chennai and Delhi each showing different rates.

In per gram terms, 24-carat gold sold today at Rs 15,457 per gram, 22-carat gold at Rs 14,169 per gram and 18-carat gold at Rs 11,593 per gram. Per 10 grams, 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,41,690, 24-carat at Rs 1,54,570 and 18-carat at Rs 1,15,930. Silver traded at Rs 249.90 per gram and Rs 2,49,900 per kilogram.

In Mumbai, 22-carat gold was priced at Rs 1,41,690 per 10 grams, 24-carat at Rs 1,54,570 and 18-carat at Rs 1,15,930. Nashik showed a slight difference, with 22-carat gold at Rs 1,41,720, 24-carat at Rs 1,54,600 and 18-carat at Rs 1,15,960 per 10 grams.

In Surat, 22-carat gold was recorded at Rs 1,41,740, 24-carat at Rs 1,54,620 and 18-carat at Rs 1,15,980 per 10 grams. Bengaluru saw rates similar to Mumbai, with 22-carat gold at Rs 1,41,690, 24-carat at Rs 1,54,570 and 18-carat at Rs 1,15,930 per 10 grams.

Gold was slightly costlier in Chennai compared to other cities, with 22-carat gold priced at Rs 1,42,690, 24-carat at Rs 1,55,670 and 18-carat at Rs 1,20,390 per 10 grams. In Delhi, 22-carat gold sold at Rs 1,41,840, 24-carat at Rs 1,54,720 and 18-carat at Rs 1,16,080 per 10 grams.

Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Nagpur and Hyderabad recorded rates similar to Mumbai today, with 22-carat gold at Rs 1,41,690, 24-carat at Rs 1,54,570 and 18-carat at Rs 1,15,930 per 10 grams. Chandigarh, Lucknow and Jaipur recorded rates similar to Delhi, with 22-carat gold at Rs 1,41,840, 24-carat at Rs 1,54,720 and 18-carat at Rs 1,16,080 per 10 grams.
