Gold and silver prices ease; 24-carat gold at Rs 1,50,160 per 10 grams on September 29
Gold and silver were cheaper on September 29 than the previous day, with 24-carat gold at Rs 1,50,160 per 10 grams and silver at Rs 2,39,900 per kg.
Gold and silver prices eased today. On September 29, gold in India was cheaper than on September 28, and silver also fell. Rates for both days are given below.
On September 29, 24-carat gold is priced at Rs 15,016 per gram in India. Gold of 22 carats is at Rs 13,764 per gram and 18-carat gold at Rs 11,262 per gram. Silver is at Rs 239.90 per gram, or Rs 2,39,900 per kg.
Per 10 grams, 22-carat gold on September 29 is Rs 1,37,640, 24-carat gold is Rs 1,50,160 and 18-carat gold is Rs 1,12,620.
A day earlier, on September 28, 24-carat gold was Rs 15,267 per gram. Gold of 22 carats was Rs 13,994 and 18-carat gold Rs 11,450 per gram. Silver that day was Rs 244.90 per gram, or Rs 2,44,900 per kg.
Per 10 grams on September 28, 22-carat gold was Rs 1,39,940, 24-carat gold Rs 1,52,670 and 18-carat gold Rs 1,14,500.
In Mumbai, Pune, Kerala, Kolkata, Nagpur, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, the rate per 10 grams is Rs 1,37,640 for 22 carats, Rs 1,50,160 for 24 carats and Rs 1,12,620 for 18 carats. In Nashik the rates are Rs 1,37,670, Rs 1,50,190 and Rs 1,12,650. In Surat they are Rs 1,37,690, Rs 1,50,210 and Rs 1,12,670.
In Chennai, 22-carat gold is Rs 1,37,640 and 24-carat gold Rs 1,50,160, while the 18-carat rate is reported as Rs 1,15,340. In Delhi, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Jaipur, 22-carat gold is Rs 1,37,790, 24-carat gold Rs 1,50,310 and 18-carat gold Rs 1,12,770 per 10 grams.
