The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has announced a camp under its "Nidhi Aapke Paas 2.0" initiative on September 28, 2026, for members facing unresolved provident fund or pension issues.

EPFO posted details of the camp on its social media platform X, saying members should attend the "Nidhi Aapke Paas 2.0" camp on September 28, 2026, to learn about EPFO schemes and benefits, understand services and processes through direct interaction with officials, and get their complaints resolved quickly.

The initiative aims to provide quick resolution for members whose PF-related cases are stuck and to address their doubts. EPFO wants members to be able to raise issues directly with officials rather than relying solely on the online process for pending complaints.

According to EPFO, members will be able to discuss their problems face to face with senior officials at the camp. If a task has not gone through online, or is stuck for some particular reason, members can raise the issue directly with officials, which is expected to lead to a quicker resolution.

The camps under "Nidhi Aapke Paas 2.0" are designed not just to hear complaints but to try to resolve them on the spot. Members with a long-pending complaint or facing difficulty with any service can raise the matter with the concerned officer present at the camp. For anyone facing PF or pension-related problems, September 28 is an opportunity to get the issue resolved.
