The initial public offering (IPO) of EAAA India Alternatives Limited will open for subscription on Monday, October 26, 2026. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 1,585 to Rs 1,665 per share. The issue will close on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Investors can bid for a minimum of nine shares and in multiples of nine shares thereafter.
In the IPO, the company's promoter, Edelweiss Securities and Investments Private Limited, will sell shares worth up to Rs 1,200 crore through an offer for sale (OFS). This is a sale of shares by existing shareholders. Because it is an OFS, the proceeds will go to the selling promoter and not to the company.
At the upper end of the price band, one share costs Rs 1,665. Investors applying for the minimum of nine shares will have to put in Rs 14,985. The figure is based on the upper price band and does not include applicable charges.
