Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya reveal names of their twin sons: Daivik and Vaidvik

Television actress Divyanka Tripathi and her husband Vivek Dahiya have finally told fans the names of their twin sons. The couple had the twins in June 2026, ten years after their wedding. Ever since, everyone had been wondering what the two had named the babies.

About five months after the birth, on 7 November, Divyanka and Vivek shared the names with fans. Since the birth, the couple had been calling their sons "T1" and "T2". The real names are now out: T1 is Daivik and T2 is Vaidvik.

The names were revealed in a vlog on the couple's YouTube channel. In it, they set the family a game with a few clues, from which the twins' names had to be guessed. When Vivek's father solved one of the clues, Divyanka told fans the names on YouTube.

Announcing the first son's name, Divyanka said, "So, it is time to tell you T1's name! T1's name is 'Daivik'." She then said the second son, T2, had been named 'Vaidvik'. Fans were delighted to hear the names. Many wrote in the comments, "Such a beautiful name" and "May God keep the children happy".

In the vlog, Divyanka also explained why the two names were chosen and what they mean. About Daivik, she said her first son is just like Vivek. According to Divyanka, Daivik had a very strong grip from birth and held her fingers tightly. The actress said, "He had a lot of strength right from the start." Daivik's expressions and build also resemble Divyanka's to some extent, so the son is a copy of both mother and father.

The reason for the second son's name is different. Divyanka said Vaidvik was a little weaker than his brother when he was born, which is why he was given this special name. Explaining the meaning, she said 'Vaid' means 'healer' and 'dvik' means 'double'. The name thus means a person who has the ability to heal at double speed.

Divyanka and Vivek had announced the pregnancy in a post on 26 May. The same post said they were going to become parents of twins. In it they wrote, "We had asked for happiness and God said, 'Take double happiness!' We have been blessed with twins." Expressing joy, Vivek had written, "My Karan-Arjun have arrived!" Fans had been amused to read this.

Divyanka and Vivek are currently appearing as contestants in the second season of 'Pati Patni Aur Panga'. They took their twins along on a recent episode. However, the couple have not yet shown the babies' faces. They want to wait a little before doing so.
