Six corporate teams will play the Amar Cricketers-organised league in Kandivali from October 2 to 6, with a Rs 1 lakh prize for both finalists.
The Amar Cricketers Invitational Corporate Women's T20 League will be played from October 2 to 6, 2026, at the MCA Sachin Tendulkar Gymkhana in Kandivali (West), Mumbai. It is being organised by Amar Cricketers.
The tournament is being held with the approval of the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA). The organisers' main aim is to take women's cricket to the corporate level and also open a path to jobs. The league will give women players a professional and highly competitive platform to build careers and gain valuable match experience.
Teams from six corporate entities will take part: Servify, RR Group, Wishram Wealth, Imprint Displays, Jaz Square and Parshwa Bullion. The companies are committed to offering selected players employment on annual contracts or mutually agreed contracts. This will create sustainable financial security for women cricketers.
Bhushan Patil, president of Amar Cricketers and a member of the MCA Apex Council, said he was fully confident that, with the support and guidance of MCA president Ajinkya Naik, the league would become an important annual platform to promote women's cricket and create meaningful opportunities for players.
To keep the competition balanced, the MCA will actively help distribute good players evenly across all teams. To promote young players, each 15-member squad must include at least two players under 19 and under 23 years of age.
Each team will play the other teams four times in the league stage, making 12 league matches in all. The top two teams on the points table will meet in the final. Amar Cricketers is bearing all the necessary expenses of the tournament. Each player will receive a full cricket kit or uniform, meals, snacks and a fixed participation honorarium of Rs 5,000.
The winning team will receive Rs 1 lakh and a trophy, and the runners-up will also get Rs 1 lakh and a trophy. The best player of the tournament (Woman of the Series) will receive Rs 15,000 and a trophy. The best batter, bowler and fielder will each get Rs 10,000 and a trophy. A prize has also been set aside for the best player of each match.
