Coal India headquarters to host RTI expert Naveen Agrawal's lecture
Coal India Limited will hold a workshop on the Right to Information Act, 2005 at its Kolkata headquarters on October 1, 2026
Coal India Limited, the country's largest coal producing company and a Maharatna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, has organised a one-day workshop on the Right to Information Act, 2005. The workshop will be held on October 1, 2026. Naveen Maheshkumar Agrawal, a well known national-level RTI trainer from Nagpur, has been invited as the chief speaker for the programme. He is Registrar at Dada Ramchand Bakhru Sindhu Mahavidyalaya in Nagpur.
The workshop will be held in the conference hall at Coal India Limited's headquarters in Kolkata, West Bengal. The session will be attended by the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), the First Appellate Authority and senior administrative officers of the Coal India headquarters.
In this special training session, Naveen Agrawal will give detailed guidance in Hindi on the practical implementation of the Right to Information Act, 2005. He will also share information on recent court judgments, the appeal process and transparent administrative functioning.
Naveen Agrawal is a certified national-level trainer of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, and of YASHADA, Pune. His invitation as chief speaker by a prestigious Maharatna company has been welcomed widely in Nagpur's education, social and administrative circles.
