CKK Retail Mart Limited, listed on the BSE SME platform, has announced bonus shares for its shareholders. The company's board of directors has approved a proposal to issue five bonus shares for every one share held. The board has also decided to raise the company's authorised capital from Rs 20 crore to Rs 117 crore.

The decisions were taken at a board meeting held on October 12, 2026. Under the approved 5:1 bonus issue, eligible shareholders will receive five new fully paid-up shares free of cost as bonus for every fully paid-up share they hold.

The company will issue a total of 9,68,40,000 (9.68 crore) new bonus shares, with a total face value of Rs 96.84 crore. The bonus issue will be carried out by capitalising the amount lying in the company's securities premium account and its accumulated profits.

Once the bonus shares are issued, the company's paid-up equity capital will rise sharply. At present, the paid-up capital stands at Rs 19.368 crore, equal to 1,93,68,000 shares. After the bonus issue, it will rise to Rs 116.208 crore, or 11,62,08,000 shares.

In view of these changes, the board has also approved the necessary amendment to the capital clause of the company's Memorandum of Association.

A special general meeting has been called on November 9, 2026 to obtain final shareholder approval for all these decisions. After the meeting, the company will separately announce a record date, which will determine which shareholders are eligible for the bonus shares. The shares will be credited to the accounts of eligible shareholders within the statutory time limit.

Besides the bonus shares, CKK Retail Mart has also prepared to enter international markets. Through a special resolution passed on October 2, 2026, shareholders approved a fund of Rs 10.20 crore. The amount is meant for setting up an entity abroad and expanding business in the global market.
