Burglar out on bail for three days before Nagpur police nab him again
A burglar who came out on bail on September 9 was rearrested three days later after a purse-snatching, and confessed to six crimes in Nagpur.
Notorious burglar Harsh Ramteke alias "Ekka" resumed committing crimes as soon as he came out of jail on bail. Hudkeshwar police arrested him and recovered goods worth 7.50 lakh rupees, including a car.
Harsh Ramteke alias Ekka came out on bail on September 9. Just three days later, on the morning of September 12 around 10.30 am, he snatched the purse of a woman named Pratibha Rajendra Savarkar near Santoshi Mata temple in Mahalaxminagar. He fled in a car.
Hudkeshwar police checked CCTV footage from the area. Harsh was taken into custody and questioned. He confessed to six crimes. It emerged that he had committed three robberies, two vehicle thefts in Tumsar-Sakkardara, and one kidnapping in the MIDC area.
