BJP MLA Parinay Phuke has made serious allegations about the agitation by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP). Phuke said Naxals have been killed in forest operations over the past few years, and that those who survived and stayed in hiding now want to spread anarchy from behind the CJP's agitation. This is Phuke's allegation.

The matter concerns Mumbai's historic Shivaji Park, where the CJP has announced a 'Jail Bharo' agitation today, October 2. Mumbai Police have refused permission for it. State politics is heated over the issue, with allegations and counter-allegations flying. In the background of the agitation is the issue of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar, whom opposition parties have resolved to remove from office.

Phuke said central and state agencies are investigating the matter, so it is not proper to say too much about it. According to him, the government will act. He said the agitation is being run with the support of Left organisations and urban Naxals. He advised young people to be alert in time and not to do anything anti-national at anyone's instigation, or their future could be ruined.

Phuke said everyone has the right to agitate, but the country should know what its purpose is and whether there is a conspiracy behind it. According to him, the previous CJP agitation was for students, but a political agenda is now visible. Phuke alleged that the CJP wants to spread anarchy in the country through this agitation and that foreign funding is behind it. He said an attempt is being made to create conditions like those in Bangladesh. He said the matter must be investigated and that he hopes the Centre and the state government will do so.

Speaking of Abhijeet Dipke, Phuke said he is trying to imitate Manoj Jarange. According to Phuke, only certain fixed political events are given permission at Shivaji Park, whereas Jarange used to come to Mumbai repeatedly to talk of agitation. Phuke accused Dipke of an anti-BJP agenda and said he agitates only in BJP-ruled states and does nothing in Punjab or Jharkhand. Phuke called him an AAP worker and said it is not known what funding and what mantra he brought back after going to the US.

Phuke also said the CJP initially claimed it had no political agenda, but its political ambitions have now awakened. According to him, it should openly become a political party. Phuke said Dipke demands that the names of 13 crore voters removed from the electoral rolls in the SIR be restored. Phuke asked where they were while the SIR process was under way. He said it is not right to agitate on the basis of false information published in a single newspaper.

Phuke also targeted Rohit Pawar. He alleged that Pawar has toured every taluka and raised a band of goons who silence anyone who speaks against him. According to Phuke, these same goons attacked journalists yesterday and everyone condemned it. Rohit Pawar is now linking these goons to the ABVP, Phuke said.
