Bharat Jadhav's Marathi film Sasre Bapre to release in theatres on February 5

The Marathi film, a comedy on love, relationships and family entanglements that also touches on mental health, has been announced on social media.

The Marathi film "Sasre Bapre" will release in cinemas on February 5. The release has been announced on social media. The film tells a story of love, strained relationships and the amusing entanglements of a family.

A love story need not be straight and perfect. Love brings mess, relationships bring differences, people struggle to understand one another, and through it all comes the funny suffocation of family life. The film speaks of these light-hearted and delicate relationships.

The film's tagline is "Ek Baap... Aani Ek Baap Love Story!". The playfulness of the title and the family story behind it have raised curiosity since the first announcement. The story has a comic tone, but it also tries to look sensitively at important issues such as people's inner worlds and mental health.

Bharat Jadhav is synonymous with precise comic timing. In this film, alongside comedy, audiences will see shades of him that have not been seen so far. This new side of his acting will be special for viewers. The cast includes Bharat Jadhav, Sayali Sanjeev, Suvrat Joshi, Milind Gawali, Vijay Nikam, Ashwini Mahangade, Renuka Daftardar, Prafull Samant, Chandrashekhar Sandve, Sandeep Gaikwad and Priyanka Hande. Upendra Limaye will be seen in a different role, which will add to the fun of the story.

Director Vishal Vilas Surve says a love story is not about searching for a perfect person. Love, he says, means having the courage to love someone who is imperfect, unwanted and yet true. According to him, "Sasre Bapre" tries to show the strength to stay in relationships even in messy situations, and the softer side of people.

Surve said Marathi films have always portrayed beautifully the humanity and warmth of a full household. This is an attempt to look at a subject like mental health through that same warmth. According to him, the film will make audiences laugh, move them, and perhaps make them look at their loved ones with a little more patience.

The story, screenplay and dialogues are by Sanket Tandel. The film, presented by Mushtaq Khan, is produced by Chetan Jagannath Shinde, Vishal Vilasini Surve, Sachin Shinde, Preet Shinde, Mushtaq Khan, Mohsin Khan and Satya Iyer. Sunil Jagetia, Vinod Ramchandra Gursale and Akash Ravindranath Gursale are co-producers. The film, from LSCA Creatives, Scindia Entertainment, Cinematic Kida and Saravana Studios, is directed by Vishal Vilas Surve. Chetan Jagannath Shinde has handled the cinematography.

The journey of amusing moments arising from love, family and the complications of relationships will open on the big screen on February 5. Audiences will have to wait until February 5 to find out whose love story it is in "Sasre Bapre" and whose "Bapre" mess.
