Beed container driver dies in accident three months after wedding
A container driver from Beed district died in an accident near Tuljapur, three months after his wedding.
Chandrakant Appa Garje (27), a resident of Hatola village in Beed district, died following an accident near Tuljapur. He had married just three months earlier.
Chandrakant worked as a driver of a goods-carrying container. On Tuesday, he was driving the container towards Solapur when a vehicle ahead on the Solapur highway near Tuljapur suddenly stopped. Chandrakant applied the brakes to stop the container, but before he could bring it under control, it collided with the vehicle in front. He was severely injured in the collision.
He was immediately admitted to a hospital in Ahilyanagar, where doctors treated him. As his condition remained critical, his family's worry grew. He died on Wednesday evening while undergoing treatment. His last rites were performed on Thursday in his native village of Hatola.
He had been married for only three months and was preparing to start a new household. Chandrakant worked as a container driver to support the family and take on the responsibility of the new household, working hard every day to contribute to the family's income. The sudden accident has left the family devastated.
News of Chandrakant's death brought mourning to Hatola village, with relatives and fellow villagers grieving. The sudden death of the young man, married only a few months earlier, has deeply shocked the family. He is survived by his wife, father and sister. Having lost the only son in the family, the household is in deep grief, and the village is also mourning the loss.
