Every woman wants her hair to look glossy and beautiful. Many remedies are tried to make hair grow and look jet black. Even so, changes in lifestyle, mental stress and constantly shifting eating habits cause hair to turn grey at a young age. The problem has now become very common.

To get rid of grey hair, women use chemical hair colours, dyes, hair masks and hair serums. But applying hair colour repeatedly weakens the roots and causes hair to fall rapidly. Chemical hair colours should therefore be avoided when caring for hair.

Grey hair is usually coloured black or red. Henna gives hair a reddish tint. The chemical components in henna spoil the natural quality of hair, so instead of applying henna alone, ingredients rich in natural components should be used. If harmful chemical products from the market are used, the difference shows only for a few days and the hair then goes back to what it was. To darken grey hair from the roots, a hair mask of the ingredients described below should be made and used. It will help improve the damaged quality of the hair and make it look jet black.

The remedy begins with amla. First soak dried or raw amla in water for five to six hours. Then remove the seeds inside and cut the amla into medium-sized pieces. Put the pieces in a mixer jar with a little water and grind to a fine paste.

Pour this paste into an iron pan, cover it and leave it overnight. This helps deepen the colour of the amla, which in turn will help darken grey hair from the roots and relieve hair problems.

The next day, mix the paste in the iron pan well. Add lemon and, as needed, any good henna. Take care that the mixture has no lumps at all.

Comb the hair thoroughly before applying the henna. Then apply the prepared henna to the hair and scalp and leave it on for three hours. It helps to wear a shower cap after applying it. After three hours, rinse the hair clean with water. When the hair is washed with shampoo the next day, the colour will look black.
