Airtel adds iCloud+, Apple TV and Arcade to Rs 999 family postpaid plans

Bharti Airtel, India's leading telecom company, has made a major change to its family postpaid plans priced Rs 999 and above. The plans now include Apple's iCloud+, along with access to Apple TV and Apple Arcade. The company said the move further enhances its postpaid plans.

The expanded iCloud+ package is not limited to storage alone. Customers will now be able to watch Apple TV's award-winning original series and movies, and enjoy hundreds of games available on Apple Arcade. The facility will be available only to Airtel customers using family postpaid plans priced Rs 999 and above.

With iCloud+, lakhs of Airtel's postpaid customers will be able to securely store, sync and access important information such as photos, files, passwords and contacts from their Apple devices. This data will also be backed up automatically, making it easier to set up a new device and ensuring customers' digital lives remain accessible from anywhere. Apple TV provides access to premium original content, while Apple Arcade offers unlimited use of its full catalogue of games without ads or in-app purchases.

The Rs 999 family postpaid plan already offered unlimited data with Fastlane technology, spam protection and access to various entertainment subscriptions for a family of three. With iCloud+, Apple TV and Apple Arcade now added, this single plan will give families connectivity, entertainment, gaming and cloud storage all together. Customers can upgrade their plan easily through the Airtel app or by visiting any nearby Airtel store.
