Aditya Anagha Multi-State Credit Co-operative Society Limited celebrated its 15th annual day with great enthusiasm. The evening recognised achievements, showcased culture and reflected the spirit of walking together that has shaped the society's journey.
A key part of the evening was the honouring of outstanding performers. Awards were given in several categories, including Best Staff, Best Branch, Best Department and Best Region. They went to employees and teams who showed exemplary performance, dedication and commitment. The awards also inspired the entire staff to aim higher and contribute to the society's growth.
The event also paid special tribute to those who have grown with the society. Fifty-four employees who completed 10 years of devoted service with Aditya Anagha were felicitated. Regarded as the society's veteran and experienced staff, they represent a valuable institutional legacy built on years of commitment, loyalty and perseverance.
The 10-year association is not merely a milestone of service. It reflects a shared journey of trust, continuity and growth. The felicitation was a heartfelt expression of gratitude to employees who watched the society grow and contributed to it. They are an important part of its foundation, culture and success.
The cultural highlight of the evening was the fifth edition of Aditya Anagha's much-awaited mega play, 'Sita - Siya Ram Ki'. This year's production was special because it was created with the active participation of the society's own employees, who also performed it on stage.
Going beyond their everyday roles, the employees became actors, artistes and creative collaborators and brought the story to life. The production was thus more than a play; it was a collective expression of the talent, creativity and passion of the Aditya Anagha family.
The production gained a more personal touch because the songs of 'Sita - Siya Ram Ki' were original and were written by members of the staff team. The music thus became the genuine creation of the people who were part of the production, and deepened the bond between the story and the Aditya Anagha family.
The play presented the timeless story of Sita and Ram in a powerful theatrical form. It portrayed Sita in particular as a woman of courage, strength and resolve, a warrior in her own right. Rather than showing Sita only through the traditional lens of sacrifice, the production sought to bring out her inner strength, dignity, conviction and ability to face hardships with extraordinary courage.
Through compelling acting, original music and storytelling, the play explored themes such as dignity, courage, devotion, sacrifice, strength and piety. Audiences got a chance to see the character of Sita and her extraordinary journey from a fresh perspective.
The mega play has become a distinct tradition of Aditya Anagha's annual celebrations. Each production brings audiences a new story, a new perspective and a new message. The series began with 'Mai Tulsi Tere Aangan Ki', inspired by the lives of Kashibai and Bajirao. It was followed by 'Ganu', based on the life and teachings of Gajanan Maharaj. The society then presented 'Joker', which showed the thinking and journey of an ordinary man striving for success. Next came 'Karna', exploring the impressive and selfless character from the Mahabharata.
With 'Sita - Siya Ram Ki', the fifth mega production carried forward this tradition of bringing together Indian culture, meaningful storytelling, original creativity and employee participation.
The 15th annual day was thus not just a celebration of a milestone. It celebrated people, their dedication, talent and purpose: those who contributed to the society's journey were honoured, the excellent work of the entire staff was appreciated, and employees got a platform to display their creativity.
From the felicitation of the 54 employees who completed 10 years to employees taking the stage as actors and creators, the message of the event was clear: Aditya Anagha has been built by its people, and it celebrates, recognises and gives a stage to their talent.
