The 2026 Honda CB350 has officially launched in the Indian market in three variants, with a starting price of Rs 1.95 lakh. At this price, the bike goes head to head with the Royal Enfield Classic 350, which starts at Rs 1.87 lakh.
These two bikes have long been the top choices for buyers in the 350cc classic segment. Honda's bike is available in three variants: Standard, DLX and Chrome, while the Classic 350 offers a far wider range of colours and variants.
At Bengaluru ex-showroom prices, the Honda CB350's Standard variant costs Rs 1,95,200, the DLX costs Rs 1,97,900, and the Chrome variant costs Rs 1,99,900. That means there is a gap of just Rs 4,700 between the Standard and Chrome variants.
As for the Royal Enfield Classic 350, its variants are split by colour. Redditch Red costs Rs 1,87,434, Madras Red costs Rs 1,94,668, Medallion Bronze costs Rs 1,99,040, Commando Sand and Gorkha Green both cost Rs 2,10,684, Gun Grey and Stealth Black cost Rs 2,19,423, and Emerald and Signature White cost Rs 2,24,275. So depending on the colour and variant chosen, the Classic 350's price ranges from Rs 1.87 lakh to Rs 2.24 lakh. At the entry level, the Classic 350's base price is lower.
On engine and size, according to Honda's official information the 2026 CB350 measures 2,171mm in length, 782mm in width and 1,097mm in height. However, Honda has said the bike's full specifications and detailed configuration will be revealed in October 2026.
On the other hand, the Classic 350's 349cc single-cylinder engine details are already known, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. It measures 2,145mm in length with a 1,390mm wheelbase. Ground clearance is 170mm, seat height is 805mm, and fuel tank capacity is 13 litres. On size alone, the Honda CB350 is 26mm longer, 3mm narrower and 7mm taller than the Classic 350.
On features, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets an LED headlamp, LED indicators, a USB charging port and a gear-position indicator. Depending on the variant, buyers can also choose from different wheel and trim combinations, and some variants get Royal Enfield's Tripper navigation system. Honda has confirmed only the three CB350 variants so far; the full variant-wise features list for the 2026 model has not yet appeared on its website, so it would be premature to say which bike leads on features.
Which bike works out costlier depends on the variant chosen. At Bengaluru ex-showroom prices, the 2026 Honda CB350 starts at Rs 1.95 lakh, while the Royal Enfield Classic 350 starts at Rs 1.87 lakh. That leaves a gap of about Rs 8,200 between the base variants, even before tax, insurance and registration charges.
