The popular Sun Marathi serial "Inspector Manju" will soon show the much-awaited wedding of Satya and Manju. The pair has won the love of viewers of all ages across Maharashtra, and fans had been eagerly waiting for their wedding. The wedding episode will air on September 27 at 1 pm and 8 pm.

A special touch of viewers' affection has been added to the wedding. For the antarpat, the cloth held between the bride and groom before it is lowered to unite them, handprints of elderly residents of Samata Vridhashram in Satara have been taken as a blessing. So the wedding in the serial will carry not just the love of viewers but also the blessings of the elderly. While blessing their favourite Satya and Manju, these elderly residents expressed their affection for the couple.

Actor Vaibhav Kadam, who plays Satya, said, "The love this pair of Satya and Manju is getting from Maharashtra is truly amazing. What is special is that our serial and these two characters have received a lot of love from elderly viewers. As an artist, feeling that love directly is heartwarming. It had been our fans' wish for a long time that Satya and Manju's wedding happen with grandeur and that the two come together. That is why, because of this love, the wedding is happening in a special way."

He further said, "The most special part of this wedding is that the handprints of our beloved viewers will be on the antarpat of this wedding. For us these are not just handprints but the blessing our pair and the entire team have received. Even though it is Satya and Manju's wedding on screen, our viewers also have a beautiful part in it, and that feeling is very special. Our looks for the wedding are also very striking. In fact, for the first time in the world of serials, the bride will appear at the wedding mandap wearing a lehenga."
