A dispute over a cement-brick boundary wall being damaged by a tractor in the Shivnagar area of Malegaon escalated into an assault, with abuse and threats. A complaint was filed at Malegaon police station, following which police arrested five people. The arrested accused are Ranjeet Dhole, Sujit Dhole, Tejam Dhole, Sunil Dhole and Balaso Dhole.

According to police, the incident took place around 11 am on September 18 in Shivnagar, Malegaon. The complaint states that the accused, Ranjeet Lalaso Dhole, repeatedly rammed an iron attachment of a tractor without a number plate into the boundary wall in front of complainant Avinash Balkrishna Narute's house, damaging it.

Seeing the wall being damaged, Avinash Narute and his brother Nandkishor came forward to stop the tractor. According to the complaint, Ranjeet Dhole then tried to drive the tractor at them, raising fears of serious injury or danger to life, the complainant told police.

Following this, Sujit Lalaso Dhole, Tejam Sunil Dhole, Sunil Shankar Dhole and Balaso Shankar Dhole assaulted Avinash Narute, his brother Nandkishor, father Balkrishna and mother Sujata with stones and their hands, and abused and threatened them, the complaint states.

A case has been registered at Malegaon police station under crime register number 253/2026, under sections 110, 118(1), 189(2), 191(2), 190, 115(2), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Police have arrested all five accused: Ranjeet Dhole, Sujit Dhole, Tejam Dhole, Sunil Dhole and Balaso Dhole. Further investigation is being carried out by Police Sub-Inspector Salve, while the case was registered by Police Havildar Londhe.
