BJP Yuva Morcha holds youth rally in Jejuri; Padalkar urges giving young workers a chance
At the Yuva Nirdhar Melava in Jejuri, MLA Gopichand Padalkar asked workers to bring forward talented rural youth and said the BJP trusts workers' ability, not dynasty.
The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Pune Rural, held a "Yuva Nirdhar Melava" in Jejuri. Thousands of young workers attended. The event offered guidance on youth concerns, employment, education, skill development, government schemes and expansion of the organisation.
MLA Gopichand Padalkar appealed to workers to take up the responsibility of giving a platform in the organisation to talented young people from villages and from neglected and deprived sections. He also asked them to understand the government's various schemes and work actively to take the benefits to citizens at the very bottom. According to Padalkar, the strength of the Bharatiya Janata Party lies not in dynasty but in an organisation that gives an ordinary worker's ability a chance.
Padalkar said, "The Bharatiya Janata Party is an organisation that trusts workers' ability, not dynasty. In the BJP, a worker from an ordinary family gets the chance to rise from important party responsibilities to the country's leadership." He cited the example of an ordinary worker from Bihar reaching the post of the party's national president, and of a youth from an ordinary family in a small village like Padalkarwadi reaching the legislature. According to Padalkar, this shows the BJP's thinking of giving workers' ability a chance.
Padalkar told the workers, "The responsibility of Yuva Morcha workers is big. Increase contact with rural youth, understand their problems and take the benefits of government schemes to them. Give new and talented youth a chance in the organisation and prepare them for leadership."
BJP Yuva Morcha district president Vaibhav Solankar commented on MLA Rohit Pawar. Solankar alleged, "Instead of giving the right direction to young people's questions, the work of inciting them is being done. More than inciting youth, what is needed is to give them the strength of employment, education and skills."
BJP Pune Rural district president Shekhar Wadhane reviewed the party's journey, built through struggle. He told workers to take the party's ideology and organisation to the lowest level.
BJP Yuva Morcha state president Krishnaraj Mahadik stressed the question of jobs for youth. The rally resolved to expand the organisation through youth power, work on young people's concerns and further strengthen the organisation at the village level.
Those present included BJP Pune Rural in-charge Sadashiv Khade, MLA Gopichand Padalkar, former Purandar MLA Sanjay Jagtap, Balasaheb Garud, Vaishali Sanas, Avinash Mothe, Pandurang Kachare, Khalil Kazi, Govind Devkate, Yuva Morcha general secretaries Swapnil Modak, Amar Budgude, Vivek Salunke, Omkar Kadde, Mayur Shinde and Aniket Bhalerao, women's wing president Rasika Sanas, Sandeep Keskar and Shubham Ranaware, along with many BJP and Yuva Morcha office-bearers, mandal office-bearers and thousands of young workers.
