All India Students' Association (AISA) president Neha Vora has been detained by Delhi Police once again. She is part of a protest on Ashoka Road in Delhi demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. On Sunday, October 4, Vora made serious allegations against Delhi Police in a post on her X account.

Vora claimed that Delhi Police were taking her away in a vehicle and that this was not just a detention but an abduction. In her post, she asked where Delhi Police were taking her on their own. She had also been detained on October 3.

A post also appeared from AISA's official X account. It claimed that AISA president Neha Vora had been picked up by Delhi Police in an unauthorised vehicle that had not a single woman constable. According to the post, the organisation did not know where she was being taken and her whereabouts were unknown. It also said that @DelhiPolice had crossed every limit.

Following Vora's detention, varied reactions are coming up on social media. Some people claim that no women police personnel can be seen in the vehicle in which she is being taken. Questions are being raised on social media on whether the presence of women police is mandatory when a woman protester is taken into custody. People are also asking what the legal basis is for detaining her again.

After the claim that Vora was detained a second time, discussion has also begun on the legal basis of the action. Clear information is needed on why the police detained her and where she is being taken. After the allegations in Vora's post, the official position of Delhi Police will be important in the matter.

The protesters are also demanding the arrest of ACP Vivek Bhagat along with Kumar's resignation. It has been stated that Rapid Action Force (RAF) personnel have been deployed to keep the situation under control after the protest intensified. Earlier, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel were stationed at the protest site. Security arrangements have been stepped up as the protest has grown sharper.

The protesters are questioning the functioning of the Election Commission and demanding Kumar's resignation. They are also demanding action against ACP Vivek Bhagat.
