Aamir Khan, Gauri Spratt must vacate rented home as building set for redevelopment

Actor Aamir Khan, known as Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist, often makes news for his personal life as well as his films. In July, it was reported that he had married Gauri Spratt, his third marriage. The couple then set up a new home together. Only four months into the marriage, Aamir and Gauri have to leave their present home. The couple is reportedly looking for a new house for now.

There is no personal dispute behind the move. The reason cited is the redevelopment of the building. Aamir has been living in a rented house since he left his old home in Mumbai's Union Park area. The house is said to be near the homes of Emraan Hashmi and Sanjay Dutt. As the building is now to be redeveloped, Aamir and Gauri will have to vacate it.

According to the report, the redevelopment is the reason the two have to find a new home once again. The couple currently lives in an area of Mumbai that does not see much movement of people from the film industry. Their present location has not been disclosed for security reasons.

According to the information available, Aamir and Gauri may move to a rented apartment in another suburb of Mumbai at the end of this year or the start of next year. It is also being said that the design of their new home is being prepared specially to suit Aamir's tastes and needs.

Aamir Khan's permanent home is also in Union Park, Mumbai. Reports say a high-rise building is currently coming up on that site. Once redevelopment is complete, Aamir and Gauri may move into a penthouse in the same building. So although they may have to live in a rented house for now, they will be able to return to their permanent home when the redevelopment is finished.

In sum, the need for Aamir and Gauri to change homes arises from the redevelopment of the building and not from any personal dispute. Fans remain curious about the couple's new home.
