Two daughters of the late Anil Mitpalliwar of Gowrala have lost both parents, and their education, health and upbringing are now in question. The late Shrinivasrao Shinde Memorial Ravindra Shinde Charitable Trust has taken the initiative to support the sisters, Sandhya and Teju.

The girls' father died some years ago. Their mother, Surekha Anil Mitpalliwar, also died of an illness on October 16, 2026, leaving both daughters orphaned.

Sandhya is studying in Class 11 at Lokmanya Junior College in Bhadravati. Teju is in Class 6 at Karmaveer Vidyalaya in Gowrala. Teju has a vision problem and also needs medical treatment.

Financial help is needed so that both can continue their studies and get school supplies, health care, a place to live and daily necessities. An appeal has been made to social organisations to come forward so that their education is not interrupted and the sisters can stand on their own feet.

Meanwhile, the founder-secretary of the trust has shown readiness to extend a helping hand to the girls. The trust will try to complete the adoption formalities and take on the cost of their education, their health needs and the responsibility for their upbringing. This support will help the sisters become self-reliant.
