Krisala, Elva by Hiranandani to build Rs 2,100-crore luxury golf course township in Nagpur

Nagpur's real estate sector is set to get a new option in luxury housing. Krisala Developers and 'Elva by Hiranandani', part of Hiranandani Communities, have jointly announced a luxury golf course township in Nagpur. The project is estimated to generate potential revenue of about Rs 2,100 crore.

The township is being planned with the aim of offering a premium lifestyle. It will have neo-classical design, expansive greenery and a lifestyle centred on the golf course. The course is proposed to be developed as one of the largest golf courses in Nagpur, which is expected to give the project a distinct identity.

The township will have 51 ultra-luxury plots. Townhouses and villas are also being planned. The project will focus on attracting high net worth individual (HNI) and ultra high net worth individual (UHNI) customers. The concept of plotted residences has been introduced so that buyers can build homes of their choice.

Dr Niranjan Hiranandani, Chief Managing Director of Hiranandani Communities, said infrastructure such as the Samruddhi Mahamarg, the metro and MIHAN is speeding up Nagpur's growth. He also noted that investment in connectivity increases economic activity, which in turn affects demand for residential, commercial, logistics and retail real estate.

'Elva by Hiranandani Communities' is a development management platform, under which the project will be carried out with Krisala Developers. The company expects it to add jobs, investment and social infrastructure to the regional economy.

According to Akash Agarwal, Managing Director of Krisala Developers, entering Nagpur is an important step in the company's geographical expansion. He also said the company is focused on developing the project with quality, design and customers' changing expectations in mind.

The company's portfolio already includes the 105-acre 'Land of Dreams' township, followed by a second township spread over more than 100 acres and a Grade A+ commercial project of 10 lakh square feet. The new Nagpur project is expected to give customers one more option in luxury real estate.

Details of the project's exact location, construction schedule and the start of sales have not yet been made public.
