Chandrapur launched a mobile stall of teakwood products made by women, run jointly by MAVIM and FDCM
A mobile stall selling teakwood products was launched in Chandrapur on Friday. It was inaugurated by District Collector Vasumana Pant. The initiative was set up jointly by the Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM) and the Maharashtra Forest Development Corporation (FDCM). The aim of the initiative is to give women employment and a reliable market to sell the goods they make.
